Begin at The 11 th Five-Year Plan, the rapid development of logistics industry in china. The third party logistics enterprise one of the emerging industry, relying on its lower cost, higher efficiency of distribution, and standardized, and other advantages, has become the development direction of modern logistics. In 2006, the full liberalization of China’s logistics market, foreign logistics companies to actively adjust their strategy, with the sole proprietorship or joint venture enterprises by way of China influx market. According to incomplete statistics, as of the end of 2008, China’s third party logistics enterprise is composed by professionals has over 10000, the industry increasingly fierce competition.On the other hand, in the pursuit of customers and cargo security, low price, the timeliness of logistics transportation requirements are more stringent, the third party logistics enterprises have established the aging management system in order to enhance the market share. However, due to the complexity of time and can not be copied, the enterprise in the aging assessment, had invested a lot of manpower cost. Therefore, how to establish the appraisal system and the establishment of efficient, aging assessment system has become an important research topic. This paper selects the third party logistics enterprise logistics company A as the research object, adopt the research methods of combining theory with practice, conducts the research to the aging assessment program and system.The main research contents as follows: first, the concept of aging related assessment on the third party logistics enterprises are introduced; secondly, the third party logistics enterprise factors related to aging of transport network structure, in the process of transportation and logistics, the controllability and uncontrollability of which were analyzed, and put forward some improvement scheme. Then based on the current situation of A company and the existing information system, especially for the aging process, put forward suggestions in two aspects of aging test loading; according to the aging process of logistics chain design and development of the aging assessment system and empirical analysis to verify the effect of the performance appraisal system. The aging assessment system, hoping to make some reference and guidance for the third party logistics enterprises of our country in the aging assessment work.
