A brand new manufacturing mode, Cloud Manufacturing which combines Cloud Computing, Network Technique, Internet of Things and so forth, could online intensively organize manufacturing resources and manufacturing services for unified intelligent management, to provide users with on-demand services. The real-time monitoring of cloud resource service processing is of great significance for the full realization of cloud resource service collaboration and sharing. This thesis, selecting cloud resource service execution process under Cloud Manufacturing as the study object, combined with video monitor and video analysis technology, designed and developed the video-based cloud resource service execution monitoring system, completed the information collection during cloud resource service processing and uploaded to the cloud platform, realized the real-time monitoring of the service execution process for demand side. The arrangement of the thesis goes as:Chapter Ⅰ discussed the research background and the significance of the thesis, sketched the research status of technology-related fields, and then, introduced the main contents and structure of the thesis.Chapter Ⅱ launched the overall work of video-based cloud resource service execution monitoring system. Demand analyses of the system were processed firstly to build system network architecture and general frames. Then determine the functional model for the system. Finally, according to the framework and the functional model of the system, a data structure was designed for the system.Chapter Ⅲ designed the video-based cloud resource service monitoring system in detail. First, study and integrated design a detailed solution for the video monitor platform of on-site manufacturing service, build a hardware and software environment for development, and determine the functional model of the platform. Then, based on the functional requirements of the monitor system, process the related table design. Finally, analyze the cloud video detection server.Chapter Ⅳ developed and implemented the main function of the video-based cloud resource service monitoring system. Based on the product of DVR2104, integrated develop the video detection platform of on-site manufacturing service, DVR device management module, on-site information management module, video analysis and information collection module using the secondary developing tools of NETSDK. Then, research and develop the communication program between on-site video detection platform and cloud manufacturing platform video detection server, and upload all the information. Finally, introduce method to access on-site information for remote Web users.Chapter Ⅴ Simulated the function of video-based cloud resource service execution monitoring system. Briefly describe the detection background and software operating environment, test the functions of each module, including information collection function, data transmission function between the video detection platform and cloud manufacturing platform video detection server, and on-site information checking function for remote Web users.Chapter Ⅵ Summarized the research work and results of the thesis, then, pointed out the areas for further research.
