Helicopter when performing tasks often need to stick to fly, but observation of the human eye is limited, for the high tension line distance, the pilot is easy to false negatives or misjudgment high tension line. Especially in bad weather or night or dust "fans" phenomenon, recognition is impossible, just by looking at them easily collided with the high tension line at low level.At the same time, is not only a helicopter need to identify the high tension line, the power sector also needs to identify the high tension line.In the process of the high tension line inspection, first you need to the high tension line for identification. Using machines instead of manual testing, not only reduce the test cost and management cost, also can reduce the intensity of the workers work inspection. At the same time, also be able to safeguard workers’ life safety, improve the efficiency of work.At present, all countries in the corresponding high tension line detection method research.Compared to study the scattering characteristic of the high tension line and improve the physical properties such as weak signal to noise ratio, detection methods, From the perspective of the digital image processing technology, in view of the high tension line and its image characteristics of the environment, this paper proposes a adaptive threshold segmentation algorithm based on local high tension line image detection. Because on the gray characteristic, high tension line between target and its environment background where there is a big difference. So the use of this characteristic, the grayscale of the image can be divided into high tension line and false edge two big area. At this point, combining with the local threshold segmentation method, not only can filter out the false edge, also can keep high tension line. And the local adaptive threshold segmentation method has been widely used to avoid the Hough transform algorithm of large amount of calculation, the memory space consumption big shortcoming.Finally in the original image to identify the position of the high tension line to the operating personnel to be alert.Finally, through the experiment to verify the correctness of the proposed views and methods in this paper, the method described in this paper can identify the high tension line from the complex background. At the same time, in the subsequent related to the field, the method described in this article provides the certain application and reference value.
