With the rapid development of mobile information technology, intelligent terminal equipment has been gradually popularized in people’s daily life, and penetrated into every aspect of life, the mobilization of government information make it possible to get useful information anytime and anywhere for users, and people gradually focus on it and widespread approval. But because of the openness of wireless network environment, mobile E-government system gets much more security threaten from hackers. What’s more, the e-government system is system project to turn government job to public through network, it involves the core of government affairs with highly sensitive national government department information, so the research of how to implement the information in the mobile electronic government affairs information system security is particularly important.Public Key Infrastructure(PKI) technology can solve security problems of e-Government perfectly, including integrity, confidentiality, authenticity,non-repudiation and other security issues. According to the characteristics of the wireless network environment, the WPKI technology, which is based on PKI technology to adapt to the expansion of the wireless network environment optimization and improvement, arises at the historic moment.This paper mainly discusses research on the mobile e-government system based on Android and the way to guarantee its security, starting from its research background, research significance and research status, then brings up the WPKI technology measures and ECC public key algorithm of solving such problems. Discusses the principles of cryptography and WPKI system and its important role in ensuring safety.In demand analysis, analyzes the function module and system security, put forward the system security problems in all aspects of business. The ECC public key algorithm, which is based on elliptic curve discrete logarithm problem can be realized in a very short keys to achieve adequate safety levels, that makes mobile Internet data transmission get much more reliable. This paper designs the mobile client of electronic transport system within ECC encryption algorithm based on Android platform, mainly on the aspect of data encryption and digital signature input by users. The system running result shows the scheme is feasible. Finally, the system work is summarized and prospected.
