Since 2004, China’s credit card business began to enter the phase of rapid growth; the size of credit card issue grows at a rate of 55% every year. As the domestic financial market become more and more open, the credit card business has become a major source of profit for banks, so the competition among banks on credit card customers are becoming increasingly fierce. Compared to large banks, the drawback of city commercial bank is the lack of capital, but its advantage are the quality clients it gained in a certain area, which provides the possibility for the development of the credit card business; the credit card business requires more interaction with customers. According to the above 2 reasons, the professional and meticulous customer service is the basic guarantee of the credit card business for city commercial bank. Therefore, the construction of a credit card customer service system is urgent, through the system the bank can provide customers with thoughtful service and more precise marketing experience.With the rapid development of Web technology, the emerging technology SSH framework based on J2 EE framework are replacing traditional EJB component technology to become mainstream application development framework. This thesis focuses on both the individual units and integration of SSH framework and then uses it into the development of the credit card customer service system. According to the principle of software engineering, this thesis discusses requirements analysis, preliminary design, detailed design and implementation, system testing in detail orderly. The system mainly consists of customer service, knowledge base, report management, performance evaluation and so forth. For some representative functional modules, this thesis illustrates their implementation process in specific from the perspectives of the view layer, the controller layer, the business logic and the data persistence layer.According to the requirements analysis, this project uses Java language, J2 EE specification and SSH framework to build a credit card customer service systems, which not only has great operating and safety performance, but also the simplicity of operating and friendly UI. The system meets the demand well based on the performance in the test and production environments, it surely can help to improve the efficiency of customer service, customer experience and enhance the credit card business competitiveness of the city commercial bank.
