Global network and information process in the world is changing people’s way of life. With the rapid development of modern information technology, making full use of network information channels to communicate information efficiently in order to meet the development needs of the times has become the consensus of today’s businesses and target, while building an excellent enterprise management platform system is a necessary and sufficient condition to achieve this goal. Shared cloud is relying on the Internet a database for individual users, and to share their favorite resources in the database. The application of new technology reduces the time we acquire information resource, the security problems of network information resources will affect our normal word and study at the same time. Information resources sharing and opening is hard to grasp, therefore, it is should be deal promptly and effectively with shared resources.In the thesis, the project’s background and significance are introduced and the key technologies used are described. Then the thesis analyzes the functional requirements of the system as a whole, as well as non-functional requirements. Based on the requirement analysis, the software architecture of the system is designed, the functional modules are divided, and the modules are designed in detail. In the section of login, the author realized the functions of log authentication and password encryption. In the auditing section of the machine, the author realized the inquiry function of filter words or uncertain words in the shared file name and content, and the function of removing regularly with shared file which hits filter words or uncertain words. And the author completed the removal of duplicate hits sensitive words processing function. The function of global scanning regularly in the shared content has been completed. In the section of sharing management, the author realized the functions of reports processing, deleting the shared link directly, switching the audit strategy, moving the filter words, checking the entire shared file and the auditing reason that the unqualified shared file. Sensitive information filtering technology is analyzed, and according to the auditing strategy of this system the searching of filter words are analyzed. In the section of user task priority management, the author realized the functions of administrating preferred user information and changing the task priority transcoding. After the completion of the design and development work, the author is also responsible for the optimization of each module to further improve the security and stability of the system. The cloud sharing management system in this paper provides an effective solution to audit the name of the shared file as well as the content and then based on the auditing strategy making corresponding processing. The system is developed based on the LAMP structure, and it is user-friendly and easy to operate. The project has passed an internal test to a running phase. Modules created and implemented by me are running normally. At present, the project is in constant iteration. In order to meet the demand, the cloud management system is in the continuous improvement and optimization.
