In the process of coking production, the material needs to be preparedbefore coking process, in order to improve the quality of coke, includingtransportation, fit and broken of coal materials. Taking xishan coking plant withannual capacity of600000tons of coking project as the background, with theidea of safe, reliable, stable, economy in system running, based on Siemens softredundancy technology, adopt advanced, mature and reliable PLC controltechnology, FIELDBUS, Ethernet, MPI Communication technology, based onthe principles of distributed control, centralized operation, graded management,adopt the model of two layers network and of three layers structure, to designthe control system. The control system realized automatic control of coalpreparation process.First, the process and the design requirements of coal preparation system ofthe Xishan coal coking plant are introduced briefly. Proposed a solution ofsoftware redundancy programmable system in coal preparation, and analyzedthe constitution and the reliability of software redundancy control system.Secondly, this paper expounds the general design scheme and the specificimplementation method of the system. Analyzed the coal preparation process,focused on analyzing the tasks of the process control layer; Take the SiemensS7-300PLC as the controller, based on the Analysis of control plant in thissystem, to select system equipment, extending a remote IO station throughPROFIBUS technology to control the field devices. Through softwareconfiguration program, realized flow control and disturbance switching betweenthe main and backup station of redundancy system of production equipment. Atthe same time, the controller exchange data with superior production monitoringcomputer via Ethernet technology. In monitoring and control management layer, WinCC is adopted to the design of the man-machine interface, allow theoperator be clear to running equipment condition at a glance through its richanimation configuration.The article has studied and designed the coal-preparation softwareredundancy system, realized purpose and requirements of the system redundancy,rational control network, high automation level, Orderly productionmanagement. The system realized fully automated control and centralizedmonitoring of the process of coal transportation and blending, integrated the coalblending production, scheduling and management with PC monitoring andmanagement technology.
