With the improvement of living standards, people are increasingly concerned about their health, Medical tourism is a new industry currently rising, it makes medical and Health care industries tend to be more diversified, but there is no unified standard and platform for our country at present to use and manage a large number of people’s health records. The development of technology and economy, information technology being used throughout the various areas of health care, greatly enhance the efficiency of the management of medical institutions, but because there is no unifled standard among medical institutions to achieve information-sharing. And our medical resources are limited, fewer doctors with more patients, Every time people go to a local hospital to see the doctor,they need to repeat the registration and do all sorts of physical examination, it’s not only a waste of medical resources, but also increased the patient’s medical expenses. The area of our country is large; it’s common for patients to go to different places to see a doctor, but there is no unified platform which can shared health records, convenient patient whenever and wherever possible to check their old records.In the context of the rapid development of medical tourism, build health record management systems is extremely urgent. Hadoop by virtue of its reliability, high performance and scalability, low price and so on, is widely used in various cloud storage platform. Hadoop meet the effective data storage, access and sharing, has greater expansibility, is the best platform for construction of health records management system.Paper describes the present situation of the development status of medical tourism and medical informationization. Emphatically introduced the cloud computing and the architecture of the Hadoop platform and related technologies. This paper uses the Hadoop to design the system of health management platform, realize the sharing of health records. HDFS as a distributed file storage of Hadoop, at the beginning of design is used to store large data files, is not suitable for processing a large number of small files, By analyzing the current status of the system small files storage, expounds the current mainstream of the proposed solution, proposed a optimization scheme of small files storage.
