The Medical Treatment Data Mining And Visualization Based On Association Rules

Current society is information society, data range, and the lack of information has become a trend, how will these massive data through the computer information technology to extract for the user effectively, can help users understand, explore the intrinsic information from the data, which is a major challenge in the field at present. At present, the use of information technology in hospital information system has been paid more and more attention,how to use information technology to medical data of complex data mining and visualization of medical data, obtained from the valuable information which hidden in knowledge is the problem to be solved. Therefore, the technology of data mining and visualization technology is applied to the medical care can be a very good solution to this problem, to promote the development of scientific research, medical service, hospital and decision analysis in order to be better.In this paper, a lot of storage for the current hospital information system data and can not take advantage of this situation in which the real value of information and knowledge to make research, combining data mining technology and visualization technology of Gansu province maternal and child health care hospital HIS of women’s disease uterine fibroids disease medication data visualization and mining association rule data mining application results. In this paper, the main work is as follows:First, to introduce the research background, purpose and significance of this article,discusses the data mining technology and visualization technology in domestic and overseas research status, respectively about basic knowledge of data mining technology and visualization technology, and research and analysis detailedly the main technical points for them, and their applications in the medical field.Second, this paper introduces the basic concepts of data mining visualization technology,expounds the process of data mining in hospital HIS and method as well as the difficulty of data mining in hospital and route in the data mining, then detailed introduce basic concept of association rules and the correlation method of association rule mining algorithm.Last, to select of Gansu province maternity and child care disease of department of uterine fibroids medication data and conduct a preliminary analysis, selection the disease medication data and analysis the choice of data preprocessing in the R language, using the classic Apriori algorithm in data mining association rules with the R language to deal with the combination of medication after data set of for association rules mining, the key is to Gansu province maternity and child care uterine fibroids of the disease medication data for association rules mining and knowledge discovery, for treatment of the disease types of correlation degree between main drugs, it is concluded that the rules of the mining results as aresult, the analysis of mining results evaluation research, and use different visualization techniques will be excavated the disease medication rules and main trends of drugs usage information such as the inner knowledge by image association rule mining result clear and intuitive display.
