Today, the mobile environment supported multi-networks can provide simultaneously voice and data services. The mobile Internet which integrates by Internet and wireless neteworks creates the mobile environment of Internet with rich and colorful contents, so that the contents can be greately convenient to look for or download by mobile-users. Therefor mobile Internet drives development of wireless networks and commercialization of 3G and 4G in quickly. In this result, mobile-users grow explosively and the contents in mobile Internet become more rice and colorful. But many of contents which need not repeat transmission to mobile environment are repeatedly transmitted many times and wireless links are low efficiency and low energy efficiency, make the network equipment in the mobile environment consume large amounts of excess energy. Thus, in today’s society, many people take more attention on resceach with reducing energy consumption in mobile environment. An energy-aware cooperative content distributed strategy is presented in this paper due to reduce the total energy consumption and consider the fairness of mobile-terminals in mobile environment. First, an energy consumption model is given by analytically studying on the characteristic of wireless technology and energy consumed by mobile-terminals. Then, this paper setup an energy-ware model of energy consumption optimization with the fairness constraint and the target minimizing total energy consumption based on its energy consumption model.Because this energy consumption optimization with the fairness constraint turns its problem to be optimal NP-hard, its problem cannot be solved directly by mathematics. In order to solve its problem, a MST-based distributed algorithm is proposed in this paper. In the end, this paper takes NS-2 to simulate and experiment the proposed strategy by contrasting with solutions of the minimal energy consumption and the non-cooperation in total energy consumption and fairness of energy consumption. Performance results demonstrate that the proposed strategy lead to significant reduction in the total energy consumed by the mobile-terminals, and balance in their energy consumption as well.
