Research And Design Of General Expert Review System For Multiple Business Process

There are large amounts of business involving the review process in real work. The traditional business tasks of review work are heavier, and with more participants and low operational efficiency, etc. Designing and developing special evaluation systems causes software repeated development, waste of resources, and these systems can’t adapt quickly when great changes of the review work happen. The functions of the existing general expert evaluation systems are too simple to reach a wide range of versatility. The General evaluation systems based on workflow technology are too complex. These kinds of the systems are not only used, managed and maintained difficultly, but also not widely spread.Designing general expert review system for multiple business process can lead the review work to a new information age, improve the work efficiency. The system has a wide universality to reduce software repeated development, and cost savings. The size of the system is moderate and the system is easy to use, manage and maintain.The main work includes:(1) After extensive research of the specific process and characteristics of different review works, I summarize the commonness and characteristics among the review work. Then I study different evaluation systems, and analyze the problems from the actual operations. I analyze general review model for multiple business process, and summarize the demands that model should meet.(2) I design the general expert review model for multiple business process according to the requirements.(3) I design and develop general expert review system for multiple business process based on the model.The above works achieve the expert evaluation system with specific versatility, flexibility and ease of use, so it can be used in multiple areas of business review.
