In the relationship between employees and organization, in addition to formal economic contract (generally characterized by all kinds of labor contract and its attachments) the contents of the regulations, there are some organizations and members to each other than written expectations and understanding of each other, known as "psychological contract". These implied expectations and understanding of a certain subjectivity. Whether from the point of view of the employee, the organization achieve its expected, directly affect the employees’ work motivation and job performance. The organizational behavior of the employees involved in organizational behavior, psychology, human resources management, and other fields. And in the cultural system of our country, the television media organization belongs to property, both public welfare publicity cause and must be independent in the face of market competition, self-sustaining firms attribute, the Nanning TV Station is just such a bead commonweal second unit with dual attributes. Therefore, in the cultural system reform and reform of different categories of public institutions are constantly promoting environment, understand NNTV employees to the organization degree of attachment, performance, satisfaction and turnover intention, helpful for city TV station of human resource management strategy research.Based on the above consideration, this article on the basis of consulting, organize related documents, uses the empirical research, in the form of questionnaire survey in Nanning television broad sampling of all kinds of employees, the integrated use of exploratory analysis, validation letter analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis, single factor variance analysis and data analysis method to analyze the collected sample data, support from the leaders, organizational atmosphere, organizational rewards and the Angle of value identity constructed NNTV employee organization structure, the content of the attachment and discusses the organizational attachment of job performance, job satisfaction and turnover intention employee attitude and behavior, the influence of got the following conclusions: First, leadership support, organizational rewards, organization atmosphere, and value identification are the four dimensions of the NNTV employee groups attached to the content.Second, different gender and position level employees in attachment on the four dimensions of organization do not exist significant difference; Age, record of formal schooling, fixed number of year of the entry, personal income, different ways of employment and staff on different posts in attachment on the four dimensions of organization has a certain difference. Third, organizational attachment for job performance, job satisfaction has significant positive influence; organizational attachment has obvious negative impact on turnover intention.
