With the rapid development of science & technology, people get more and more channels and ways of information unblocked and diversification, but also makes the communication of public crisis events becomes more rapid, large-scale, interactive.Compared to the traditional media ’ s conservative and hysteresis in public crisis communication, the new media,as set of collection, reporting, tracking in public crisis information spreadding, with its rapid, innovation and precision characteristics, plays a very important role in crisis management.The recipients and propagators character are no longer fixed with new media’s development. Information communication is not the government’s monologue, but related to the government, the traditional media, network and short message carriers and other new media, and other factors. How to deal with the public crisis under the new media environment? How to deal with the relationship between new media and traditional media? How to use new media to defuse the crisis?
