With the development of economic globalization, the increasingly fierce market competition strive for a space for one person in the field of logistics. The continuous application of high and new technology has improved their own competitiveness of logistics enterprises. Guangzhou Fengshen logistics company is aware of the current situation, actively adopts new ideas and new technologies to develop and grow the company, such as the company uses the OA office system, mail system and an electronic petition system. Informationization level is relatively high, but the company is somewhat lacking in the logistics information system. Although there is a stand-alone version of the logistics information system, the system in the scope of useage or business processes are not consistent with the current actual situation, which makes the company’s management efficiency is not high, logistics resources scattered and even cause resource waste.This paper first discusses the research status of logistics and logistics information system, and then analyze the Guangzhou Fengshen logistics company has based on environmental development scale and logistics business situation, combining with the actual situations of the company. To determine the design principles of logistics information system, the company puts forward a logistics information system design scheme so as to improve the company information office, production and management level. At the same time, the allocation of company resources has provided a good foundation for the realization of the modernization of logistics company. Designing the logistics information system and adopting three layer architecture hierarchy to build system; and then using the C# platform on the system design of SQL database. The company cites the GPS technique specifically to carry on the management to the vehicles in the system, improving the vehicle carrying rate greatly.The system has been running for nearly a year, according to the system operation situation, the system basically achieve the expected function, which has good stability and adaptability, and reducing the labor intensity of workers, the system provides favorable convenience for the users. At the same time, through the integration of business processes, improve the management efficiency economic benefit.
