Since the 21st century, the steady economic growth in China, the power grid construction scale being growing stronger and stronger, the electric power enterprises for the requirements of equipment inspection management are being higher and higher. Power distribution is the important part of the power system, and it is an important link between the user and power supply department, as the last link of power generation, substation, transmission and distribution. Distribution network operated economically, safely and stably plays a very important role in the power system, and the effective inspection work is the most basic, the most important task to ensure the security and stability of power distribution system, thus the real-time mastering operation condition of the power distribution equipment and the possible threat and so on.In this paper, the traditional distribution inspection has the problem of patrol personnel not put in place in time, the use of paper records and low efficiency etc., combined with the characteristics and advantages of distribution inspection system, fully considered the industry standards and specifications, used of the advanced and reliable RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) technology of the Internet of things and wireless communication technology, realized of the management functions of power distribution equipment, personnel in place and equipment condition assessment etc., so the managers can accurately grasp the real-time running state of equipment, scientifically making the plan of the inspection and maintenance to ensure the safe and stable operation of the equipment, so as to achieve intelligent inspection management.By means of deigning and completing the intelligent power distribution inspection management system, to evaluate the running state of distribution transformer that is the important equipment in distribution system, on the basis of the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), introduced five-demarcation method, constructed the fuzzy complementary judgment matrix, invited senior experts to score for the state of equipment to determine the index membership. The implementation of the system and the effective condition assessment of distribution equipment provide a good protection for power enterprises, which real-time control and manage the running status of equipment, and the application of intelligent inspection management system enhances the core competitiveness for the development of enterprises, greatly improves modern management level of the enterprise.
