With the development of modern power electronic technology, thyristor rectifier technology is widely applied in industry, such as speed regulation, voltage regulation and temperature regulation, thyristor trigger device serves as the core of the rectifier system control unit, to a large extent, its performance determines the output power quality. Aiming at the shortcoming of existing thyristor trigger device, such as complicated structure, high power consumption, high cost, application range is not wide and so on, based on the Multisim simulation software, design three new thyristor trigger device, and the experiment proves the feasibility and effectiveness of the design. This paper include: thyristor trigger device of PWM pulse control, thyristor trigger device of PFM pulse control, temperature control thyristor solid-state switch.PWM(Pulse Width Modulation)pulse control of thyristor trigger device, use PWM pulse control electrical level, with the constant current source to charge and discharge capacitance to adjust the conduction Angle, to achieve phase-shifting control of thyristor.PFM thyristor trigger pulse control device, using of PFM pulse count, and set the counter mode to adjust the conduction Angle, this device has simple circuit, low power consumption, stable operation, etc.Automatic control temperature solid-state switch, add positive temperature coefficient thermistor based on the traditional RC thyristor voltage regulation circuit so as to automatically control temperature, voltage dependent resistor is used to protect the main circuit. This device can work in manual or automatic state. Simulation and experiment show that the output power can be adjusted, and temperature performance is good, circuit is simple, reliable, and perfect protection function.
