| In recent years, value added services business is developing rapidly. It brings considerable profits for mobile company. Meanwhile, the quality of service requirements business information timeliness, accuracy, legality continues to increase. Therefore, the business of service dial test is necessary. The dial test can be used to discover service quality problems from user’s view, and it can provide a strong basis for fault exclusion and localization issues.For service test, dial test platform of value added service about SMS is designed and implemented.I have done the following work : 1) Based on B / S, dial test platform is developed by JSP, and it achieves the maintenance and operation of commands, checking and search of dial test logs, and submission and checking of test tasks etc. 2) According to the business dial test, we also develop the business logic processing module and automatic alarm module. In detail, business logic processing module can achieve the business dial test process flow and the classification of test results. Likewise, automatic alarm module can send text messages which are not successful in the test results to dial test staff through SMS.3) Further, SMS program is based on C / S, which achieves the function about sending and receiving SMS.The experiments are done, in order to ensure the effective operation of the business, and the spread of illegal information content should be avoided. Sending a test command by manual costs about 2 minutes. However, sending a test command by using the test platform costs only 20 seconds。It improves the dial test speed and work effectiveness. Finally, this project has good economic and social benefits, and it will provide meaningful reference and assistance for applications to others. |
