In industrial production, the temperature is one of the main objects of industrial production control, with the development of science and technology, the market competition becomes more and more intensified, in actual production process, the require of precision temperature control is increasing. Raising the temperature control precision, not only can improve product quality, but also save energy and improve production efficiency for business. Extruder is key equipment in aplastic machinery industry in the production of plastic pipe, the performance and quality of plastic products is largely subject to the extruder barrel temperature, therefore, control the barrel temperature, and barrel temperature control to improve the accuracy of the key is to achieve precision extrusion, design a high precision, fast response extruder temperature controller has a great significance for industrial production.This subject comes from enterprise projects- the Design and Implementation of extruder Intelligent Temperature Controller.This system bases on extruder barrel temperature for the study, on the control requirements of the system, designs the instrument hardware, software, and instrumentation applications for the extruder.In hardware design, STC15F2K60S2 as the main chip, on the basis of guaranteeing the instrument performance, with ordinary common components mainly to reduce hardware procurement maintenance difficulty, but also cost savings. In software design, the system will be divided into multiple sub-system. and build a clear, easy to understand, and has a reasonable flow of the overall structure. The program will be modularized and routine processed, so it can be easy to debug and connected. To draw up the various parts of the program flow Figure, the task of each subsystem concise show up, improve work efficiency. The design of software bases on blur PID control algorithm as the core, adding self-tuning of the micro-processing algorithms to achieve simultaneous control of several temperature zones heating temperature ramp rate and improve the accuracy of the temperature control system, and the use of components less stable performance.The design of this topic extruder intelligent temperature controller use fuzzy PID control algorithm and adaptive algorithm combined to provide a feasible approach for the development of such algorithms. It provides a feasible way for the development of such algorithms, and also the entire instrument circuit hardware design and software design provides a reference for the development of similar products.
