Facility agriculture is the hallmark of the modern agriculture, promoting the development of facilities agriculture is the important task to realize agricultural modernization. Greenhouses is an important part of the facilities agriculture, greenhouse environmental parameters in intelligent control is the key to the technology of greenhouses, the improvement of greenhouse intelligent control and management level can give full play to the efficiency of facilities agriculture. The research about Greenhouse intelligent control starts late in China, the effect about independent research and development equipments is not ideal, there is a certain gap compared with developed countries in the world; Due to the difference of the factors such as climate and scale, the performance of imported product can’t reach the best effect and the price of imported product is relatively high. Therefore, this paper put forward and designed a greenhouse intelligent control system which is low cost, easy operation and practicability.Combining with computer technology, sensor technology, communication technology and fuzzy control technology, according to the greenhouse environment control requirements, this paper designed and realized a high level of intelligent control of greenhouse intelligent control system. The intelligent control system is divided into the control unit and the data acquisition unit. The core of the control unit is STM32F103VBT6 enhanced micro controller designed by STMicroelectronics, the control unit contains the power supply module, human-computer interaction module, speech synthesis and broadcast module, alarm module and output control module, etc; the core of data acquisition unit is IAP15F2K61S2, data acquisition unit mainly including temperature and humidity, light intensity, soil moisture and carbon dioxide concentration sensor module; data transmission between data acquisition unit and control unit is completed through the RS485 communication module. Data collected by the data acquisition card transmitted to the control unit through the RS485 communication module, control unit deals with the data according to the principle of fuzzy logic control, intelligent control, and then outputs control signal to change the greenhouse environment by controlling environmental control equipment.This paper mainly introduces the hardware design and software design of the intelligent control system. The system is divided into different modules according to the idea of modular design. First this paper introduces the principle of different modules and hardware circuit design, and then designs software according to the different functional, the software focus on the design of fuzzy controller and the realization of the RS485 communication based on Modbus protocol. This paper verifies the feasibility of the system through the Matlab simulation and field running test. Finally, this paper makes a comprehensive summary about the design, and then points out the defect of the system at the same time; this paper lays a good foundation for further study on the intelligent control system.This paper analyses the demand about the greenhouse intelligent control, combining with computer technology, sensor technology, communication technology, fuzzy control technology, the RS485 communication technology and environmental science, designs and implements a greenhouse intelligent control system according to the crop growth rule. The system creates a suitable environment for the growth of crops, makes the crop growth can’t be affected by the external environment factors and realizes the intelligent automatic control of crop growth, increases the output of greenhouses, promotes the development of agricultural modernization.
