SSH framework includes struts framework, spring framework and hibernate framework, it is an inherited framework, struts is responsible for the separation of MVC architecture, it is the infrastructure of the overall; spring is responsible for the management of the struts framework and hibernate framework and can combine simple components into complex applications, provides transaction management, persistence framework inheritance and other functions; hibernate map the data of the system to the database, realizing conversion, storage and retrieval of data. The system used SQL SERVER2012 as the database by the analysis of the data.The system mainly achieved five basic functions, online training, online examination, online survey, consult and answer, and personal file management. Online training included four modulus, elective course training, training course management, offline training management and online training class. Online examination included taking an exam, score inquiry, exam registration, manual scoring and online exercises. Online survey targeted to survey the situation of students and training class, by entering the survey students can do two basic operations, check answer sheets and submit response.consult and answer included three basic functions, test answer, related discussion on exams and related discussion on courses, by these three answers, users can post, reply to posts, search and view posts and so on. Personal file management included five basic management work, user’s basic personal information management, personal class management, personal offline training management, personal elective management and personal exam records management.The operation of Bayin College online education and training management system can help the college create a education platform of information management with higher level of management and high learning efficiency.
