Since the policy of reform and opening was performed, Chinese economy has been booming incredibly. In such a context, the security business of China has experienced an ascending period. The securities circulated in Chinese security market are not limited in traditional financial products like futures, bond and stocks. Other types of securities like options are also being developed benignantly. From 2007~2011,3~5 security companies are established each year, and the total asset of security companies has surpass 172 billion. There is no doubt that security business has becoming significant part of Chinese economy. More and more investors from all over the world will take part in the trading in Chinese security market, which may be the biggest security market in the world. While security business has witness big progress, it is also facing many intricate problems, such as substandard business process, inefficient management, the weak market to be improved. Currently the Chinese security business is still trying various policies in a high speed. If these problems are tackled appropriately, the security business will make a big progress. If not, they will become barriers. We separate these problems into two types:the market-concerned and the company-concerned. We believe that the problems caused by inefficient management can be relieved by a technical method. Daily administration management systems (DAMS) are proposed and developed to improve the company management and business process. In this paper, we analysis main business in security companies based on which we excavate the requirements of the administration management in security companies. E-R diagram, process diagram and use case diagrams are used to express functional requirements of DAMS. The non-functional requirements are also presented.Following the requirements, the design of DAMS for security companies is elaborated. Firstly, we introduce the upper architecture of the system. Secondly, the design of database, classes, interface is presented according to each functional module. After detailed requirements analysis, our DAMS consists of seven functional modules:general management module, personal business management module, public information management module, official document management module, human resource management module, general business management module and investment information service module. The seven modules have covered most affairs in daily administration including user management, affairs planning, information publication, payment of wages. By processing, electronizing and standardizing daily administration affairs, irregular operations can be eliminated and efficiency can be improved. At the implementation level, MySql database and SSH frameworks which is based on J2EE are applied. Utilizing these frameworks brings two advantages. On one hand, these frameworks can make the development more efficient. On the other hand, the security of DAMS can be improved by the security policies attached to the frameworks. SSH provides a mature solution to develop Web applications. With the Struts framework of J2EE, the system can filter irregular operations conveniently. And Hibernate framework gives the system capacity to modify database safely. Test technologies, including functional tests and non-functional tests, are performed on the implemented system. We present the results in this paper. In the end, we summarize our work on the design of DAMS and elaborate the short of the system and possible future improvement.
