The Design And Implementation Of Clinical Reservation Management System For XinHua Hospital Of ZheJiang Province

These years, as the improvement of people’s living standards and the increase of the demand for medical service, the phenomenon that it is hard or cannot afford to see a doctor draws attention from entire society. For solving the problem about seeing a doctor, in addition to continue to develop the ability to supply the field of medical service, one of useful ways is to utilize and integrate current resource effectively, change current mode and public’s concept about seeing a doctor.This paper,using the method of software engineering, following the practical process of seeing a doctor,acording to the requirement analysis, architecture system design and detailed design and system test, states in detail the creating process of reservation medical management system. The system’s development depends on Microsoft.NET Framework 4.5, using the mode of CS combining with BS. The sub-system, reservation center, created by ASP.NET, achieve the management of uniting schedule and order source by the technology of NetGap, which is entire free so that finishes the history of assigning orders by every ISP’s handwork. The system’s Web interface layer is made by the technologies of ASP.NET MVC and jQuery EasyUI and its database is built by MS-SQLServer2005 and it accesses to data by using ADO.NET Entity Framework. The sub-system, self-service system, uses.NET Windows Forms, and uses the component of Microsoft Enterprise Library to access to Oracle database. The system uses Web Service to exchange data with hospital original heterogeneous system such as HIS and PACS, and uses the way of Interface dynamic link to achieve the interacting data with systems of bank, social security and so on.The Reservation Medical System achieves the effective management for hospital to utilize current resource, significantly improves the utilization rate of medical resource. In addition, according to it, patients can make a reservation for using hospital’s medical resources by Telephone, Internet and Mobile Internet and pay the fee by self-checkout system just at home. So the application of mobile Internet technology speeds up the process of seeing a doctor for patient.
