With the healthy and steady development of China’s economy, people’s living standard in our country is getting better and better. Automobile industry also got more development opportunities in our country; the auto industry in our country is a very important role in the construction of the national economy. During this period, cars poured into the family. With the further increase in cars, recycled auto parts is increasing every year, the unreasonable treatment of recycled auto parts, would lead to environmental pollution and waste of resources, can also affect the normal development of China’s automobile industry. Then it is a viable option to set up an auto parts recycling system to solve waste of resources, and service automation management and further improve automobile brand. Research work is a combination of national science and technology support program, information technology project "based on the service industry value chain collaboration platform for regional integration application engineering" (2011BAH21B03) mission requirements, the actual participation of a car manufacturer on the basis of research work of auto parts recycling service management part of the collaborative research.The specific contents are as follows:First, the recovery of the status quo automobile factory accessories for the research and analysis, summarized the current production-oriented enterprises for rational and effective management of auto parts recycling business, is one of the important ways to reduce their production enterprise manufacturing costs.Secondly, a detailed study of the needs of the automobile factory parts recovered on collaborative service management recycling old parts management, new parts management, account management and other recovery operations, a clear functional requirements, data requirements and other basic systems. Finally, using role-based access control permissions, Web Service-based data exchange technology, ADO.NET database access technologies and other related technologies, combined with the actual situation of the factory, according to the technical architecture of the system and function of structure design and research, and detailed database of the system design, culminating in the auto parts recycling cooperative services management system.By cooperative services management system accessories collection in the manufacturers’online application, the car factory make the paperless office for component recycling management, avoiding the repeated entry of the same data, check the unnecessary operations, it improves the plant’s efficiency to a certain extent, while also reducing errors due to manual operation. To achieve a real-time two-way communication between the enterprise and the secondary central repository, suppliers, service stations, etc.,cooperative work, which greatly improves the efficiency and quality of information communication, reduce management costs.
