Social economy is growing and expanding quickly; as a result, smartphone applications-also known as "apps"-are widely recognized and used by smartphone users. In their daily life and work, apps connect every user and smartphone in many forms, and become an important tool in communications among smartphones and their users. What makes apps the hottest topic today is not only the rise of smartphones but the apps themselves:they help users finish motions faster, easier and more efficient, with just two fingers. As a result, design and development of an app must start by learning users’behaviour. This theme bases itself upon the study and analysis of user experience, applies the theories of ergonomics, and technique of interactive designs, to the experiment of an app for time banking. The idea behind this interactive app for time banking is that social conflicts and problems resulted from economic development cannot be solved in a reasonable way. The time banking app seeks to solve them by helping users manage time and reminding them of the value of time. This theme starts by studying the needs of target users; it profiles and categorizes them; it also learns and analyzes users’behaviours. The author collects the data by distributing surveys and interviewing users. After analysing the data, the result supports the idea of time banking app. The key concept of this interactive app is the "User Central" that creates a user character with all the features of the app. While studying and analyzing users’behaviours, this essay also considers social background and events as a factor affects users’behaviours and needs. In other words, users’experience though focuses on the users, analysis of outside environment improves the interactive design and therefore improves the experience.
