Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS) is a collection of the calculation process and physical process. It implements the computational entity, interaction and physical entity integrated design, can guarantee the completion of system efficiency, safety and real-time collaboration, it also has the very widespread application prospect, but Cyber-Physical Systems is a new computing system, the traditional design method has already can’t meet the demand of the design of the system.This paper proposed a service-oriented architecture (SOA) to design the architecture of Cyber-Physical Systems. SOA is very suitable for designing complex business processes the information of Cyber-Physical Systems, it has standardized inter faces and loosely coupled services that advance to realize the dynamic combination of service, makes the CPS can handle complex physical process that consume more resources.AADL is a structure analysis and design language, it is a kind of international standard architecture description language, can be used for modeling and analysis software system architecture to validate its non-functional behavior. Furthermore, AADL support automation system integration, as long as provide a kind of used for software component’s source code, can be completely specified by a AADL model, so the AADL has a strong extensibility. In this paper, using the modeling tools part of intelligent transportation system modeling, to illustrate key technology in the SOA architecture:the worst-case execution time, space and time behavior and scheduling algorithm.The content of this article includes the introduction of Cyber-Physical Systems and SOA, mainly to introduce system structure, then we combine the CPS and SOA, puts forward the architecture of CPS based on SOA and introduces the function of each layer and the key technology in detail. The modeling process using AADL modeling language to interpret cases in the intelligent transportation system. Firstly describes the basic features of AADL, core characteristic modeling elements and related codes, according to the characteristics of Cyber-Physical System based on SOA to extend, extend the behavior of using RT-Maude in time and space, transformed into the behavior of the AADL attachments.Then introduces the characteristics and the overview of the intelligent transportation system, and model the system, Finally, we verified the flow of delay, schedulable respectively and spatio-temporal behavior of the model to prove the presented method has certain reliability and safety in CPS.
