CPS system is different from before any system, is a physical world and the computing world of highly integrated and complex system’s perception of the CPS system terminal large number and variety, we must adopt new methods, new ideas to solve the challenges facing the CPS and new problems.Mathematical model for the CPS often can only reflect a certain profile system characteristics, may be just for a View in a certain part of the description.Another aspect, there are many aspects to describe the system characteristics, want to use a certain expression to describe all of the aspects is impossible, to model and is often just to describe a certain aspect.The system structure of the system as a whole application integration view model can more fully describe the system, integrated relationship expressed the view.CPS system design needs starting from the needs of users, according to certain architecture described in various forms of the system at all levels, each side (view) of each subsystem is to establish a set of models, and a set of structured program system gradually the qualitative, fuzzy overall design and technical requirements and constraints into the initial detailed technical design.This topic through the research on multiple views and CPS, this paper proposes a multiple views of the CPS oriented analysis and design method, which based on the idea of model driven, by means of the requirements and characteristics of the CPS and challenge a detailed comprehensive analysis, put forward a well-designed CPS architecture, on the basis of the multiple views of architecture modeling, well-defined and analyzing the relation between different view model, on the view of semantic study and establish, constraints, and contact, for consistency analysis architecture view more.Finally, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) as an example for its in ModelicaML multi-view modeling, to verify this project technical solutions.
