As a phenomenal program, "The Voice of China",which has caused enough concern with the "Super Girl" in 2004. After a lapse of a decade, the discourse form of this show has been different from the past, and different to similar music talent show. It shows new features about discourse. This research regard "The Voice of China" as the text, using the method of discourse analysis to analysis the television discourse, the national discourse, and the capital discourse in-depth, in particular the discourse of audience in this show. What’s more, the deconstruction of the phenomenon of penetration, conversion among multiple discourses,which helps to explore the significance of media development called "the third way".In this paper, criticism studies was adopted to describe the discourse phenomenon from various angles. Firstly, about the media discourse, the "confession" ritual discourse, the construction of interactive self-image as well as the transferring discourse illusion, which just revealing the essence of "dialogue" between tutors and students, that is a show which obey to the "television Discourse" mechanism under different disciplines. Secondly, the national discourse, "dream discourse", " patriotic songs", "Xinjiang players"and other issues reflect the mainstream consciousness, such as "China Dream" and national identity, which exposed the recessive form of national discourse and the intention of the show catering to the politics. Thirdly, about the capital discourse, driven by the "zhibofenli" policy, the visual expression of the discourse is commercials, this chapter reveals the commercial capital how to shape class. Finally, about the audience discourse, it explains the consensus and resistance between the audience and the television text through depth interview. On this basis, the paper try to analyze the complexity of the program between the national capital and the media, about penetration and transforming, contradictory coexistence. They jointly shape diversified Chinese TV popular culture. However, cultural capital is the logical starting point of the media, the commercial capital is the ultimate destination of the media.The most important thinking about "the voice of china" is:how to balance the party’s ideological orientation, self-regulation of continuous national regulatory system, television production and broadcasting organizations, the profit demands of business investment and dynamic drama audience, especially to find a best way out among the mainstream ideology and national policies and business logic, and ultimately to maximize the benefits among nation,capital,and media. This is also the meaning of media development called the third way, "the voice of china" is the typical practitioner of the pattern, and the pattern is likely to become the leader of Chinese television entertainment trends.
