Studying On The Role Of The Party Newspaper In The Farmers’ Rights

The construction of New Countryside has brought huge changes in Chinese rural areas,The politics,economy,culture and other aspects in rural areas have been greatly developed.However,everything has two sides.With the the construction of New Countryside developeing,the new problems come.The problem of land, house demolition compensation of land circulation, misappropriating benefits of agricultural subsidies and so on, more and more violations have occurred in rural areas.These problems harm the interests of farmers, but also threaten to the normal production and living environment in the rural areas,Farmers’ rights activities have become increasingly frequent.As the mouthpiece of the Party and people,The Party Newspaper should play the role in conveying sentiments and reflecting public opinion in farmers’ rights activities, It should play an important role in solving the events in the promotion of farmers’ rights.The Party Newspaper plays the role of the supervisor of public opinion in the farmers’ rights,but also the extension of its role is expanding with the needs of the times. Its role is how to change,Its extension is how to expand,These are worthy of studying.According to<Anhui Daily rural edition·Human Rights Weekly> as a case study,I study it from three aspects:Human rights report text,The production process of news,Other news activities.The reason I choose the case is that it has great grades In all agricultural newspaper,and then,Compared with other newspapers,Its coverage is in the first place in Anhui rural area.This paper is divided into four parts,The first part is that I combed the changing roles from the overall changes in the party newspaper in the farmers’ rights in chronological order,It reflects the current new trend of the role of the party newspaper.As farmers’ rights movements become more frequent,All levels of the party newspaper have paied more attention to farmers’ rights and protected their rights.This part is the background of this paper,In order to introduce the main part of the paper——<Anhui Daily rural edition·Human Rights Weekly>.It is convenient to detail inquiry.The second part,I mainly analysed the news reports changes of the<Anhu i Daily rural edition·Human Rights Weekly>in the past and nowadays from the perspective of texts.It reflects the trend of the Party newspaper’s traditional rol e,this trend is that On the legal publicity and education status of supervision b y public opinion guidance role to the identity of the main character.The third part,I mainly analysed the<Anhui Daily rural edition·Human Rights Weekly> as the "public opinion supervisor" identity gradually strengthened in the farmers’ rights,From<Anhui daily rural edition·Human Rights Weekly>past and present news production process.The fourth part,I mainly analysed its extension and expansion trend through version of<Anhui daily rural edition·Human Rights Weekly> to explore other news activities in the farmers’ rights.In the farmers’ rights,The Party newspaper is not only palying the "Public opinion Supervisor" role,It also plays "Service personnel" role and others roles.These roles meet the needs of farmers.
