Research On Heat Meter Verification System Based On Infrared Data Communication Technology

Our geographical distribution determines the most northern are used in central heating way to overwinter.But calculating the heating fee is not only inefficient but also wasteful and not environmentally friendly according to the floor area. In order to improve this situation,we should let the heat meter to calculate the heat accurately,and they also require compulsory verification before sold out. In this paper, the heat meter’s verification process is described simply. No matter the verification equipment at home and abroad still rely on the labour force to read data,which not only cost labour force but also easy to get wrong. So we propose a new way of reading the heat meter- using infrared data communications under the premise.The main task of this subject is to design an infrared reader-writer to carry on the heat meter verification experiments. According to the experimental data we can analysis the deviation.This paper explained the heat meter’s reading data process using communication protocol in detail, elaborated the developing tendency of the heat meter. The realization of the infrared reader-writer needs hardware and software.The hardware is designed for the infrared reader-writer. including internal transceiver circuit and the choose of the chip.We should also design an user software for the infrared data communication.Through the data analysis process based on infrared communication protocol,we can require the heat,the flow and the temperature’s information and so on. This software provides a more convenient and visual environment.Finally we described the data collection methods separately, and explains the standard heat measurement algorithm, we also improve the related algorithms for temperature measurement.The whole accuracy of the device was also calculated.Then we analysis the experimental data according to the entire system and other transducer.In the end we reached the goal to verify a heat meter.
