Statistical report of China’s thirty-third Internet development situation displays, as of 2013 December, China scale of Internet users has reached 618000000, Internet penetration rate is 45.8%. With the continuous development of network technology, the network media is rapidly becoming the mainstream media from the edge. In today’s media environment, network media has not only changed the media management idea and mode, also played a more and more important role in the dissemination of information and guiding public opinion field. On the influence of the traditional media, the news website-"people.com.cn", gives full play to the role of public opinion guidance in network media in the process of network information dissemination at the same time establishes the image "authority of the media, the website of the public". While the commercial portal websites like "Tencent.com", take the audience thought to disseminate information as well as highlight the characteristic in up-to-date, significance, vivid, proximity based on mass information. According to "People.com.cn" and "Tencent.com" these two very representative samples, this paper will take the responsibility orientation, network media as the research perspective, attempting to explore how to construct the new concept of responsibility of network media under the new situation."People.com.cn" and "Tencent.com", As the two major representatives of traditional media news websites and Commercial comprehensive website, play different roles in the dissemination of information and the media guide to the public opinion and in the load of the national image, culture and ideology.The people’s net is more inclined to the dissemination of mainstream information in the dissemination of information, "Tencent.com" is more inclined to spread the soft information in line with the taste of the public.
