Atomic density is a basic and important parameter in quantum optics,nonlinear optics and precision measurement. The Rb-87 atomic ensemble is most commonly used in quantum information and precision measurement. But until now there isn’t experimental report on its vapor pressure or atomic density. Here we demonstrate the atomic density of Rb-87 atom in the temperature range 293-333 K mainly using fluorescence and absorb compensation measurements. The fit fiinction for the experimental data of Rb-87 atomic density is given.
