With the development of cellular wireless communication technology and growing business needs, small cells gradually replace the previous system of large cells. Handover is the basic condition of ensuring the normal communication basic conditions in cellular mobile communication system, mobility is the greatest feature of mobile communications. Because the future mobile cellular network whose cellular is smaller, handover is frequent and support a large number of users, communication research has become a hot topic under the mobile environment, so under the mobile environment handover scheme is of a high significance and application value. This paper proposes a new handover solution scheme on the basis of analyzingthe current handover problems in cellular network and the development status of moving objects trajectory data mining technology, the basic idea is:(1) Mining frequent trajectories from a large number of history trajectories of mobile users with applying data mining techniques; (2) Generating movement rules from the corresponding frequency trajectory sets; (3) Predicting the location of moving objects using matching strategy;(4)According to the coverage area of the cellular network, applying these prediction results to decide whether to handover the process of communication to another station or not.This article briefly introduces the mobile users data mining technology development and the status, summarizes the inadequacies of the association rule-mining typical algorithm of data mining technology. Apply the association rule mining algorithms to mining moving users frequent trajectories on the basis of analyzing features of mobile object. The improved scheme is proposed on the basis of the inadequate of the classical algorithm, describing and simulating the improved algorithm, fully reflecting improvements in the efficiency of the improved algorithm by contrast with the classical algorithm.Next the article introduces the related concepts of cellular mobile communication systems, analyzes the key technologies to achieve uninterrupted communication under the mobile environment. Study the application of frequent trajectory mining in the location prediction, give model and flow forecasting programs of prediction scheme based on frequent trajectories of moving users. The paper proposes and implements an improved frequent trajectories mining algorithm after analyzing the current status of the cellular network handover, then simulates the traditional handover schemes, the result of comparing is to show the advantages in efficient of the proposed scheme.This paper describes and simulates a new handover algorithm based on frequent trajectories in cellular network after analyzing the results of previous studies, the new handover algorithm successfully avoids more frequent "Ping pong" problem in handover process, reducing error handover rate, to a certain extent, it improves the quality of service of communication and reduces the communication cost.
