The contemporary world is the creative world of knowledge, the traditional learning mode is limited by the space and resources, now they can not meet the people’s needs. In order to ensure that the learners can get the knowledge they want at any time and in any place, this paper studied the mobile learning which is a new mode of learning. Through the combination of android operating system and mobile learning, the efficiency of mobile learning is greatly improved.As a new mode of learning, the current development of mobile learning platform has been in a state of exploration. Complete and unified model has not formed in theory, it did not fully consider the characteristics of mobile devices in the technical implementation and lack of interactive and practical. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a reasonable use of mobile terminal equipment of their own advantages and powerful mobile learning platform.The main work is summarized as follows:(1)The mobile learning platform is a powerful study of the functional requirements and performance requirements,.On the basis of a large collection of demonstration and analysis.Finally, the overall framework of mobile learning platform is designed.
