With the rapid development of mobile devices, context-aware application has arisen many attention from both academia and industry. Context is defined as the current situation of users. Users are no longer satisfied with getting correct answers from applications. They are more preferred to obtain the resultset fits their current situation. Thus, there is an absolute need to provide a context-aware application. For example, when a user query about the restaurant, traditional application might only return the resultset with restaurant, however, context-aware application will give the results with consideration of users’location, preference and so on.In the research area of database, bulk of literatures have concentrated context-aware researches. However, they put more attention on dealing with the individual preference query. Group or team context has been studied rarely. But in our daily life, team context is one of the most common unit of working. In such context, group or team leaders often concern about how to raise the competency under current team context. To the end, the usual strategy is to exchange one team member with another object.For example, if team A has a target called T. A can exchange a member a in the team with another object for approaching the target. How to provide such exchange pairs is the problem tackled in this paper.In this paper, we first give the definition of team context. For measuring the difference between current and target team context, we give a simple model on describing that. We modelled the solution plan of query under team context and proved its correctness. For achieving better performance, we implement the solution plan based on several the state-of-art multidimensional index structures. Moreover, this paper proposed a new index structure based on 2D partition strategy. Finally, we give the experimental results in describing the correctness and efficiency of our implementation of the solution.
