Research On Cyber-Physical System For Autonomous Coordination Control Strategy In Complex Process

With the improvement of social life level, the industrial products requirements of customer tend to individualization and customization. The variable requirements of market and customer ask the production systems of enterprises with a high degree of flexibility, intelligence and automation. However, the current automatic production control system failed to meet the requirements of the flexible production. In this paper, the cyber physical system(CPS) is introduced to the complex industrial control system, and come into the cyber-physical production system(CPPS). Then, this paper study the architecture, network and control strategy about CPPS. Compared to the traditional industrial automation control system, CPPS have the advantage in its flexibility, autonomy and efficiency. The main research work of this paper is:(1) According to the advantage of flexibility and autonomy about Agent technology in the make control system, research and design the architecture of CPPS based on Agent technology.(2) For the heterogeneous networks and massive data of the complex industrial production process, research the data fusion method of CPPS heterogeneous network, designing the data transmission of CPPS data, and analysis the stability of CPS network data.(3) In order to adapt to the variable tasks of CPPS, combined the CPPS with multi agent system technology, research the autonomy control strategy of CPPS that based on multi-agent technology.By those research, improve the flexibility and the autonomy of complex industrial process control system in the current. It is a breakthrough of the industrial production and management mode in teams of the multi-agent system and cyber-physical system. The study design can makes the enterprise production system more flexible, efficiency, and economy. It is benefit for our living and the development of society, science and technology.
