In people’s daily life nowadays, people gradually increase the requirements forcommunity building information technology community in people’s lives becomes anincreasingly important topic. Community information to the basis for the construction of aresidential community, the Internet communications, intelligent home appliances, homesecurity, property management, community service, etc. Among the efficient integrationof information systems. Community focused information technology community is toachieve a leading integrated management and service concept, combined with advancedtechnical support, create information resources, network applications, standardizedmanagement "community management and information technology services, to provideinformation for the residents of the community, humane, low-carbon environmentalprotection, safety and convenient living environment.Developing with J2EE lightweight framework, Struts+Spring+Hibernate, Eclipse,Tomcat, Jdk7, and SQL Server2008and according to object-oriented modeling withUML, the overall design of the system is provided. The major functional modules includesinformation technology infrastructure, personnel management. Most of requires have beenimplemented in the system. The goal is giving a comprehensive solution for the futuredevelopment trend of information communities to improve people’s quality of life.Explaining in detail in the application of intelligent technology SSH framework forthe system to be expandable, maintainabe and other advantages, it adopts B/S mode, toensure the system’s versatility and cross-platform. The interface keeps consistent style,suitable for different community groups, which greatly improves the user experience.
