The development of China’s City Broadcast and TV media is a typical issue in theacademic circles and the industry recently, the future of the City Broadcast and TV inChina is a big question for all of us. It is because of the competitive environment for CityBroadcast and TVs is more and more serious. So, the optimization of the developmentstrategy and the ascension of competitiveness is an issue deserved to be studied anddiscussed.The thesis is based on the current situation and development status of the YZBroadcast and TV, having four part to diagnose the development strategy of it and putforward some competitiveness promotion strategy could be used in the future. First of all,the thesis analyzed the development status and the trade of the foreign Broadcast and TVmedia, at the same time, the domestic development status and the trade of the foreignBroadcast and TV media also be analyzed, through this process to lay the foundation ofthe whole research. Secondly, diagnosed the problems of the YZ Broadcast and TV’sdevelopment strategy, demand of strategic change, straighten out the internal relationshipmarket main body consciousness is not strong, the way of thinking is not clear; Subject tothe limit of the talents, funds and so on, relying on radio and television did not form theirown industry, industry chain formation progress is slow, industrial structure still single;Work will stay on the safeguard service level, technology leading, lagging support;Although the establishment of a performance oriented enterprise culture, but the effect isnot obvious, failed to keep up with the industry development needs,the currentdevelopment situations and affect factors for development and the key problems at presentare all analyzed. Thirdly, the thesis use the SWOT model to analyze the YZ Broadcast andTV’s program and marketing strategy, the system transform and optimization also beanalyzed in this part. Finally, the thesis put forward some collective measures andsuggestions.
