With the development of the industrial control system, the demand of bus network isbecoming more and more complex, and the dependability of network system is gettingincreasingly important, especially for the inverter monitoring system where there is a largeamount of node information and a strong interference, which the traditional CAN protocolcan hardly handle. So it is vital to design an efficient and dependable messaging protocolof application layer in CAN bus.By bringing in TTCAN protocol, the thesis combines the time triggered mechanismand the event triggered mechanism. Based on the analysis of the complex demand of theinverter monitoring system, the thesis designs the communication protocol of applicationlayer in system, then generates a system matrix. In order to optimize the system matrix,the hybrid scheduling strategy based on TTCAN protocol is adopted, which means thathybrid PSO is applied to periodic messages while uniform scheduling strategy anddynamic scheduling algorithm are applied to aperiodic messages, thus messages in thecomplex network are scheduled reasonably, which strengthens the instantaneity anddependability of the network, improves the utilization of the bandwidth. In the simulationstage, the software CANoe is used to model and simulate the inverter monitoring system.The design of the application layer protocol is verified by the simulation experiment,while the optimization algorithm is proved. At last, the actual inverter monitoring systemis built up, and the hardware and software are designed. According to the results of theexperiment by monitoring the TTCAN network data through the upper monitor, thesystem runs stably and reliably.
