With the advent of the Internet era and development of computer technology, Modern vehicle body technology shift from simple CAD to All-Digital car development. A lot of uses of traditional design way and serial project management which widely apply in china directly lead to long cycle and low quality. Therefore, our urgent task to solve the problem how to prompt design quality, shorten design cycle by integrating advanced technology to production practice and combining computer-assisted technology.In order to improving the quality and accelerating the developing cycle, the article summary a useful car body design way by using reverse engineering and timing analysis. And some new opinions and propositions on point cloud principle, smooth curve method and Surface smoothing method have been raised base on mathematics. And with some clouds block complex the bumper for typical examples, using a new method of surface finish surface modeling, through the surface verification the effectiveness of these methods.Then with the synchronous development mode, the reconstruction of reverse the typical parts timely and effectively, and the forming of the white body performance analyze, verify the validity of reverse design. On top cover drawing process feasibility analysis, numerical simulation by forming limit diagram obtained the feasibility of the process. CAE analysis results give a definite guiding suggestion for improvement. According to the standard of white body finite element calculation method, completed the white body of virtual modal analysis and the stiffness analysis. The basic model of virtual analysis and comparison, explicitly pointed out reverse design don’t have great influence on the mechanical properties of the white body. The conclusion has been tested by experiments.The new method can promote curved surface quality, exalt development quality target, and shorten the project development cycle. In a sort of sense, it’s a useful tool to improve the quality for the factory, create the value of gross output furthest, and seize the market.
