Hulun Buir City is an important base for coal and electricity output among the InnerMongolia Autonomous Region. In the real production process, most small and medium-sizedenterprises (SMEs) in Hulun Buir City lack of informatization. The vast majority ofenterprises are not able to utilize the information system suitable for themselves. Small andmedium enterprises are not performing as well as large enterprises in the aspects of labordistribution, refinement and enhancement. The cost of use of large-scaled ERP system isanother obstacle for SMEs. The majority of small and medium enterprises fail to benefitfrom the information convenience due to imperfect systems or the various products of thecompany used by different departments.To meet the real demand, what we need to do is improve the application ability ofinformation and technology for small and medium sized enterprises. So we should strengthenguidance for small and medium-sized enterprises that are capable for the implementation ofresource planning (ERP), supply chain management (SCM), customer relationshipmanagement (CRM) and the logistics information distribution in addition to the digitaltransformation of equipment production, the realization of automation and intelligence of theproduction process and improvement of the quality and benefit of product. We can popularizethe integration of production management and decision information system to improve theability of management and making policy, also, we can support and guide SMEs to strengthenthe work of information security, guaranteeing and promoting the application of enterpriseinformation. Promoting industrial clusters "two" fusion work is also important. Just based onthe need of informationization work and considering the characteristics of coal enterprise, thisproject centers on the analysis design and achievement of coal transportation and marketingbusiness, taking into consideration the actual needs and daily work flow. The main contentsare as follows:1. It introduces the purpose of this research and significance of the construction of coaltransportation system, analyzes the domestic and abroad status of research, and discusses theresults of the study. 2. It studies related technology in the system design process. During research of theproject, focus was put on the characteristics of coal transportation and marketing business, useof the B/S framework for system design and development, the full application of systemdesign and the technology of Web2.0network application development technology in B/Sarchitecture. The main research contents includes CSS technology, JavaScript technology,jQuery database application, XML technology of electronic data transmission application,SQL Server database remote synchronization and high efficiency of data processingtechnology. The specific development tool of application focuses on the research ofPowerBuilder development and the application of PB system in Web application developmenttechnology.3. It illustrates the system demand analysis and overall design of this system in details.Some related problems are also analyzed.4. It also tested the whole system, including the main interface of the system and the mainfunction of the system.Through the research of the application of the development technology of various typesof software systems, the business of coal transportation and marketing management systemwas completed. System performance indicators have reached the requirements of systemdesign.The emphasis of this research is to give a whole design project management system forcoal transportation and the need of marketing work from the perspective of softwareengineering. It, in some extent, could serve as a reference for the work of marketingmanagement informatization of domestic coal industry.
