With the popularization of the Internet network, the traditional ways ofinformation transmission,which was too old, and witha very low efficiency, makemore and more people show a higher dependence on the network.These people maytend to find or share information, as well as their deep thoughts and feelings throughthe Internet. The information exchange platform that based on the network providespeople with such conditions, and following the advancement of technology, electronicequipments’ developing also gradually towards the direction with portable and fast.Inaddition, a common psychological of the users is that the published feelings, etc canbe well with timely attention, as well as timely respond to the visitors. To enable usersto get information quickly and they can view the information at any time, thesignificance of developing applications that based on portable devices could finally berevealed.The information exchange platform designed and implemented in this paper wasdeveloped with the android system which is hot, popular and used by plenty peoplenowadays. The development process about the technology as well as the designandthe implementationmethods of the mobile client and the Web server are discussedaround this platform. The present paper analyzes the research status quo ofinformation exchange platformabout the Android system and discusses the importanceof portable devices to people’s lives. At the same time, the relevant technologies aboutthe Android development were explained in general. This paper introduced thedeveloped application from several aspects which includes the system analysis,system design, and coding test step by step according to the software engineeringprocess. As most of the interactive mobile applications, the described informationexchange platform used the C/S (client-server) architecture, too. Such C/S interaction modelenables us to break out the traditional information retrieval ways that muchdepends on computer, and people can get all kinds of information quickly and easilyin this information exchange platform through the phone to interact with the server,.In the discussed platform, the client use the Servlet technology to remote access theserver, and the server will return the results the client in Json format, and then theclient should parse and restore the received data.As amobile phone application integration, the users can timely browsethewords and pictures released by other users as well as yourselfto get a first-handreal-time information in time.In addition, the program also realized the function tooffer users to publish their own information in the platform, at the same time, usersalso can also carry on the review of published information, this ensures the goodinteraction among the users, andhe user can just follow one’s inclinations. Furthermore, in order to facilitate users to manage their own information, this program is alsoequipped with personal center module, the user can manage their personal informationin this module. As an application, it also needs to consider the platform with standardand unified management.Therefore, a special designed for system administratorsentrance is provided in the server of the information exchange platform besides thebasic communication for the client and the server, the system administrator has thehighest authority, he/she can manage all of the messages as well as usersin order totimely discover and eliminate "inappropriate" information while exchanging andsharing. What’s more, the administrator can also release information in the system inthe background, such as notification, news and other information, these informationswill also be showed in the client’s information module. Following the above severalaspects respectively, this paper expounds the system’s analysis, design, andfinallyfinished the application.To develop the software, we configure specificenvironment that fits the development and implementation of the system, and thedatabase as well as therelated data types were also detailed designed here, eachfunction module was discussed in detail as well as some of the key code snippet, thepaper also shows some images of the system operation process, and deal with the problems that might occur in the system.Finally, we display the tests and results ofdeveloped information exchange platform.With the process of technology and social competition becoming more powerful,the demand of people for information will also be exponentially.
