With the advent of the era of big data, every single individual in society are increasingly open information and transparency. By the big data technology, every single individual’s related behavior in the big data environment could be accurately analyzed and the forecast value could and get closer to the real situation of behavior. At the same time, along with the rapid development of mobile Internet applications and technologies, knowledge sharing has become a frequent occurrence behavior of network users. Combined with the background of big data, analysis of individual behavior in the knowledge sharing, trend analysis of knowledge-sharing groups behavior, and establishing the appropriate knowledge sharing incentive mechanism becomes very practical significance. By studying the characteristics of big data and big data technology development, combined with the traditional static game theory, evolutionary game theory, the hypothesis of human nature, the traditional organization and motivation theories principal-agent theory, this thesis establish suitable knowledge sharing decision-making model of monomers in big data environments, knowledge sharing and population trend analysis model and the sharing incentive mechanism model that applied to organization managers.The main work and innovations are as follows:1. Based on the characteristics of large data and static game theory, this thesis established a decision model of knowledge sharing monomer.Under the assumption of rational people and big data context analysis, the costs and benefits analysis of each individual involved in sharing during the knowledge sharing process, and then, combined with the big data environments, this thesis established analysis and research of individuals’knowledge sharing decision-making behavior in organizations.2. Establishing a population trend analysis model of knowledge sharing based on the big data environment. With the assumption of imperfectly rational people, according to the characteristics of big data environments, this thesis used evolutionary game model to analyze the decision-making behavior trends in knowledge-sharing groups, and based on different initial states, this thesis would do research on share equilibrium.3. Based on the big data environment, this thesis established a knowledge-sharing incentive mechanism model.
