With the increasing demand for data rate, cellular mobile communication system is expected to provide higher capacity while the scarcity of the radio frequency resource in microwave makes this a huge challenge. The birth of cellular heterogeneous network infrastructure effectively provides a potential solution to increase both system capacity and spectrum efficiency. However, heterogeneous networks might cause severe inter-cell interference problems which severely reduces the potency of the heterogeneous networks on capacity.In this paper, we first introduce the key technology of cellular heterogeneous network and cellular cooperation. Then the network infrastructure are given;Secondly, we analyze the special interference scene on cellular heterogeneous network uplink direction. In the ideal backhaul network schema, we propose an across-tier interference-aware scheduling algorithm (CTIA). We use the cellular cooperation technology to reduce the interference between cross-tier and optimize channel quality. The cell edge user can effectively improve quality of service. And the capacity of the system can be improved. Particularly it is useful to solve uplink interference problem about Pico cell users;Then, we further analyze the system performance about CTIA under non-ideal backhaul network infrastructure, and propose an algorithm for channel prediction based on improved CTIA;Finally, we design the system-level simulation platform and then simulate and analyze of experimental data about the proposed algorithm.
