In order to get a impregnable position in the furious competition of banking market, each bank of China sets their sights on improving service quality for customers. Through providing high quality service for customer to retain customer, which can brings more economic benefits to bank. The main work of this dissertation is to tidy the old and laggard bank customer management architecture and get rid of VIP customer management system separately and form a new bank VIP customer resource management system. It can improves banks’management level and service level for VIP customers.The dissertation introduces the design and application of bank VIP client resource management system. The system uses ASP.NET as programming language, SQL Server2008as background database, Visual Studio2010as integrated developing environment. According to the actual condition of bank the dissertation analyzes the current situation of VIP client resource management of bank. It completes system functional requirement analysis, role requirement analysis and database requirement analysis. The dissertation completes system design. It designs the architecture of system and divides system function into system management, customer information management, customer resource management, financial product management, announcement management and statistics report management module. It designs each functional module detailedly. It designs database table structure. Through the system function interface, sequence diagram, program flow and partial code it expounds the implementation of each functional module. It implements system functional testing and performance testing. The results of test demonstrates the system meets the actual requirement of user.The dissertation take bank VIP costumer as management object. The VIP customer information is extracted from business system of various departments of bank. The VIP customer information is collected from the whole business system. These VIP customer information is unified managed by bank customer manager. The system provides excellent customer data for customer manager, provides convenient conditions for exploring market business. At the same time it can provide some decision support for bank, promote reasonable allocation of customer resource, innovate service growth, avoid risk, let both customer and bank obtain maximum benefit.
