In now days,printing is an important part if the information industry in worldwide.It plays a important role in copy and graphic information of high quality true color reproduction.Currently,printing industry has entered an era of digital,fully automated,high-s peed. Facing of the customers and consumers’increasing repuirement in the print quality of prints,In the premise of guaranteeing the print quality,improving the detection speed and accuracy of print,and making print quality standards more perfectly is the relentless goal of printing industry.What’more,it is the inevitably requirement of printing industry to be digitization,standardization and normalization.So,some new printing methods and detection methods have be valued by the printing operators.This paper will make a carefully elaborate of positioning in whole image printing detection,and building a positioning system in whole image printing detection system according to the leafy feature algorithm and VC++.In this paper,according to the characteristic of leafy feature algorithm,we divided pirnt in two categories:class rectangular and class elliptic.In calss rectangular part,it making the positioning system accurate to the smallest until of the computer can recognize, and using each pixel moving to achieve the whole image detection positioning;In class elliptic part,it rely on an external plug-in OpenCV to achieve rotation,but it have a low accuracy. So, the author also calculating the relationship between the longest diameter and the roating stride to find a generic and adaptable threshold to achieve positioning. Finally, using VC++to build up the whole image printing detection positioning system,and meeting the subsequent printing parameters detection.Because of there is no an established image positioning evaluation standards, This paper also according to the characteristics of image positioning, Proposed an evaluation standards based on comparing the amount of ink, the ink film thickness and chroma values before and after image positioning. Through these three parameters indicators,we can achieve an evaluation about the results of whole image printing detection positioning system.
