Design And Implementation Of TETRA Digital Trunked Management And Information Publishing System For Nanning Traffic Police

TETRA (Terrestrial Trunked Radio) digital trunked communication system is a special communication system which is used to command and control and emergency communication, and the integrated application system based on TETRA digital trunked is a kind of dispatching platform which is convenient, efficient, and real-time, and is also an important part in TETRA digital trunked communication system, because the related information of wireless users can be viewed and managed, and the short messages and WAP Push message to wireless users can be sent by using this system. Currently the integrated application systems based on TETRA digital trunked mainly used are implemented based on C/S (Client/Server) architecture in the domestic. Limited by C/S architecture such systems have the following problems difficult to solve:(1) System is not flexible enough, the client need to install special client software;(2) System maintenance costs are high, each client needs to upgrade the software when the system is upgraded;(3) System scalability is poor, large research and development costs are required when new features are added.To solve the above problems, the integrated application system based on TETRA digital trunked based on B/S (Browser/Server) architecture is designed and implemented in this paper, and the aim is to apply B/S architecture into the integrated application system based on TETRA digital trunked, and the main work of this paper is as follows:1. The detailed design proposal of the integrated application system based on TETRA digital trunked based on B/S architecture is provided; The integrated application system in this scheme has high flexibility, easy upgrade and maintenance, strong scalability and other advantages in the practice.2. The database, web server and interface server are developed by ASP.NET technology in the Windows operating system computer platform, in order to achieve the function of login and authentication for system users, display and management of wireless user’s personal information, display and statistics of wireless user’s status and the traffic information, transmission of short message, push for WAP Push message, management of system user’s information, support of external software and so on.Based on the proposed design proposal of the integrated application system based on TETRA digital trunked based on B/S architecture, and combined with the business functional requirements from Nanning traffic police, TETRA digital trunked management and information publishing system for Nanning traffic police is designed and implemented in this paper. Nanning traffic police which is one of the main members of the public security system needs to have a convenient, comprehensive and efficient integrated application system to ensure their efficient operation. Therefore, it is of great significance to design and implement TETRA digital trunked management and information publishing system for Nanning traffic police which is based on B/S architecture. At the end of this paper TETRA digital trunked management and information publishing system for Nanning traffic police is tested, and the results of tests show that the main functions for digital trunked management and information publishing are implemented by the system, which can satisfy the demands of users from Nanning traffic police.
