Research And Implementation Of Electronic Document Full-text Retrieval System Based On Lucene

As the information technology developed rapidly in recent years, enterprise informatization has reached a high level, paperless office has become the main way to working communication, thus electronic document become an important form for the transmission and preservation of enterprise information. However, with the continuously increasing of business volume, the daily e-documents produced by each department are becoming more and more. How to make customer find the information they care rapidly has become increasingly important. Meanwhile, Web full-text search engine develops fast, and its efficiency and humanization has greatly changed people’s search habits. Therefore, providing an efficient search method is extremely important to increasing the working efficiency of system user, improving user experience and elevating enterprise informatization level.The article deeply analyzes the current research status and the deficiency of electronic document retrieval system, introduces Lucene full-text retrieval technology to electronic document retrieval and builds a full-text retrieval engine of electronic document based on Lucene. Then it mainly focused on the issues of retrieval security, real time index of Lucene and ranking of retrieval results. As a result, proposes an extended access control model based on the existing system access control model, studies and designs Lucene real time index through referring to lots of technology materials and system analysis, and improves the default result ranking strategy of Lucene. Meanwhile, I research and analyze part of actual business of enterprise electronic document and build a full-text retrieval system for electronic document based on Lucene. Applying Lucene full-text reitrieval technology to electronic document makes it real to execute full-text retrieval to multi-source and multi-format information with one united query entrance, to extend the query sentence which users input, to support full-text retrieval for documents of various formats and to return back the documents that the user have authority to access. Through practical verification, the system satisfies the requirements of enterprise information retrieval, and the results of this study have certain reference significance for applying Lucene full-text retrieval technology to enterprise searching.
