With the continuous development of science and technology, the main method of vibration signal acquisition and analysis for mechanical fault diagnosis is paid more attention. So, to develop a hardware equipment that can achieve data acquisition, on-line monitoring, data analysis and fault diagnosis is very important. Embedded technology that promote electronic products to economic, compact, reliable, and efficient development has become a hot application, Embedded technology provides a great opportunity for realizing the mechanical fault information analysis and fault diagnosis on the acquisition equipment,this paper developed a portable four channel vibration signal acquisition system.The system uses S3C6410processor as the main controller, the chip not only run the system or application but also has the characteristics of excellent comprehensive performance, low cost, small volume, light weight, easy carrying. The hardware is configured the DDR circuit, as the running places of system and program. It is also configured the NAND FLASH memory circuit which can realize the storage of data, system and program, The WIFI module, network interface circuit can achieve network connection. The hardware is configured the audio circuit which can achieve the input and output of audio. At the same time, we can realize the noise signal acquisition through audio circuit, The LCD touch screen interface which can be connected to the display screen and acheve the function of display is configured on the hardware.By Connecting the SD card seat,It can be extended by the SD card storage.Data acquisition can be implemented independently in four channels, by using the TI high-speed analog-to-digital conversion chip ADS1274connected with the ARM processor. The charge amplifier is added specially to work in cooperation with the acceleration sensor.At the same time,this paper designed adjustable amplification circuit to realize the signal amplification in cope with the charge amplifier and a digital to analog converter. The programmable amplifying circuit is designed to amplify the signal by software. By using the fully differential amplifier, single ended to differential circuit is designed to support ADS1274input, which can eliminate the common mode interference in circuit well. The circuit of voltage buffer and common mode voltage is designed in detail to cope with ADS1274analog-to-digital conversion chip. The reliability and accuracy of circuit is improved by the software simulation of fractional circuit in combination with experiment.
