Liquid CrystalDisplay(LCD) isthe most popularof many displaydevices.After alongresearchand manufacture,Thin Film Transistor Liquid Crystal Display(TFT-LCD)hasso many advantagessuchasgreen,lightweightandhigh-performance, etc.It has replaced theCathode Ray Tube(CRT) and became mainstream products of LCD.And LCD is still in aperiod of rapid development, research and production still will encounter many difficultissues.This paper introduces the TFT-LCD industry’s current research and related technology,and then describes the main class of poor quality.Bad screen display(Mura) is a usuallycommon greater impact on poor quality LCD defect and hrad to correct.Our company has aFull-HD LCD of5.5inch and it has an issue of edge mura.We tried to use two differentthicknesses’s glass,change the quantity of liquid,chane the high of dummy ps,improvemargin accuracy(MA).We tested large amounts of data and got conclusion:MA has a littleshift.LC spacer moved and standed on gate.After MA improved,edge mura disapperd.
