With the rapid development of the mobile Internet, more and more people are using mobile phone or other mobile terminals to access the Internet. At the same time, the mobile network bandwidth resources become increasingly tense and the optimization of networks become more difficult and complicated. So it is a very hot issue to make effective optimization of mobile network on the existing bandwidth, also it has a very important practical significance.Currently. the main research about accelerating mobile network focuses on a variety of mobile network acceleration technology and new network architectures. And the related mobile applications are still in the blank stage. This paper designs and implements a mobile network acceleration system by innovatively merging the network acceleration technology and network architecture.Firstly, by studying the content network architecture and the architecture of the future network, this paper proposes the content-aware network deployment architecture, which optimizes the network effectively by adding the local agent layer、edge proxy layer and control center layer. And the resource location algorithm uses the recent visit based and multi-path detection algorithm. This forms a content-based layer in the application layer.Secondly, based on the content-aware network architecture, this paper designs the intelligent procedure to process the network requests by using multiple methods. In the local engine and edge engine, design corresponding intelligent decision-making process to different network acceleration technology. Thus, the system can use corresponding solution to different network request and improve the intelligence.Finally, this paper brings about an application on Android platform. This application is very stable and can complete the acceleration tasks with high performance. Moreover, this application has a flexible configuration features and a good user interactive interface, and bring us a good user experience.
